Kelly Phillips
Office Manager Billing Manager Kelly spent time growing up in California, Oregon and Washington. Kelly is our go-to person for all questions answered. She has over 15 years experience working in Chiropractic and complementary health clinics. We have been blessed to have her as a part of our team since 1996. You will find Kelly managing many aspects of our clinic including billing, reception, patient care, provider relations and assisting the doctors. What Kelly loves most about her career is working with great people and seeing patients feel better and improve their lives. Lisa Christopher
Clinic Receptionist When you walk into the Adich Clinic you will be warmly greeted by our front desk receptionist Lisa. Lisa brings to our clinic many years experience providing superior customer service. Lisa is involved in all aspects of scheduling, treatment coordination, claims management and provider assistance; she is primarily responsible for chiropractic reception. Lisa grew up in Southern California. She graduated from California Lutheran University in 2002 with a B.S. in Business Administration and an emphasis in Management. After graduating she spent some time traveling and working and eventually she and her husband fell in love with Bellingham and moved here in 2004. Lisa loves the opportunities this area offers and enjoys dirt bike adventuring, skiing, kayaking and she has been a life-long soccer enthusiast and Seattle Sounders fan. Analynn Smith-Richard
Clinic Receptionist Analynn’s smile and caring attitude will immediately make you feel welcome. Analynn grew up in Renton, Washington and graduated from Kentridge Senior High in 2000. She then went on to attend Central Washington University with a major in Public Relations and Print Journalism with a minor in English. Analynn spent several years working at IKEA providing customer service and then continued on to assist in software training and new store openings, traveling outside of the Washington area. Analynn is one of our front desk receptionists; she will be assisting you in all aspects of patient care such as scheduling, treatment coordination, claims management and provider assistance; she is primarily responsible for massage and acupuncture reception. Analynn recently moved here from the Seattle area and is enjoying life in Bellingham with her new husband. Patty Canaday
Clerical & Records Custodian Patty is originally from California, she spent many years in Oregon and has enjoyed living in Bellingham for the past 10 years. Patty has an extensive work history as a legal secretary and elementary school secretary. At our clinic Patty provides clerical assistance and support to the front desk staff. She is responsible for the management of the provider reports, records requests and file maintenance. When asked what she likes most about her job she expresses that she has an interest in health and wellness and she enjoys seeing people taking an interest in their own health and seeing results. Patty loves to cook and enjoys family life with her husband, two daughters and 3 grandchildren. Motto: Look on the bright side and be positive. |

Lori Shearer
Billing Specialist Lori is an expert in all areas of medical billing. She has 23 years of medical billing experience and 10 years of medical assisting and office management. She holds a Medical Assistant Certification and graduated from Cascade Business College. Lori is a long time resident of our beautiful area and enjoys camping, gardening and most of all “family time.” |
